History of Rites of Ember

Rites of Ember is the intrinsic perk on Dawn Chorus. It makes Daybreak projectiles ignite targets on impact, increases Scorch damage and the intensity of resulting Ignitions, and grants melee energy from Scorch or Ignition damage. In Update 9.7.0, Bungie added melee energy from Ignition damage, removed the internal cooldown on Scorch-energy gains, and updated Daybreak projectiles to ignite targets immediately.
