History of Reveler's Tonic

The Reveler's Tonic was an item in the Revelry spring event, given by Eva Levante on first talking to her. Spending 50 Reveler's Essence on one of its three options for one hour speeds recharge of a chosen ability: Proud (class ability), Energetic (grenade) or Friendly (melee).
