Rega's Refrain is a trait on the Exotic Ager's Scepter trace rifle. Stasis final blows transfer ammo from your reserves into the weapon's magazine.

Background

According to Destinypedia, Ager's Scepter was introduced in Season of the Lost through the quest A Hollow Coronation. The Destiny Game Wiki lists Rega's Refrain itself as a Season 15 trait.

The weapon's intrinsic, Ager's Call, creates a slowing burst on final blows, which Destinypedia notes can apply a full 100 stacks of slow. Pairing it with Stasis sources such as grenades or melee lets you freeze a group, shatter them, and refill the Scepter from the kills.
