History of Rations

Rations refers to the Reckoning weapon-reward theme: Tier 2 of the Reckoning (a four-player activity from the Season of the Drifter) awards weapons including Spare Rations, a Kinetic Hand Cannon. The sources found do not describe a separate "Rations" game mechanic, so this stub only records the weapon connection.
