History of Raiden Flux

Overview

Raiden Flux is an Exotic Hunter chest armor piece built around the Arc Arc Staff super. Its intrinsic perk, Synapse Junctions, makes quick successive attacks with the Arc Staff increase its damage and duration. PowerPyx also lists a class ability recharge bonus for Arc subclasses.

Acquisition

• Story reward: Completing the story mission Riptide as a Hunter offers a choice of three Exotics: Raiden Flux, Lucky Pants and Mechaneer's Tricksleeves. PowerPyx places this on Titan; the wiki's activity page places Riptide in the New Pacific Arcology, so check in game.
• Exotic Engrams and engram focusing, plus occasional Xûr sales (one source cites 23 Legendary Shards, an older price) and Nightfall drops.
