History of Quest

Overview

A Quest is a multi-step objective chain tracked with a quest item. In Destiny 2 story missions are delivered as scenario quests given by NPCs such as Commander Zavala; Exotic quests reward weapons like The Lament.

Notes

Quests were introduced in Destiny 1's The Dark Below as story bounties. Individual quests have their own pages. Abandoned quests are retrievable from a kiosk (Hall of Guardians in Destiny 1).
