Overview
Problem Solver is a Basic Origin Trait from Season 27. Sustained damage to Champions, minibosses and Bosses exhausts them. While you do it, the weapon gains handling and reload speed. Exhausted targets deal reduced outgoing damage. The sources give no durations.
