History of Precision Frame

Precision Frame is a weapon archetype (intrinsic) in Destiny 2, found on Hand Cannons and Scout Rifles. Its effect makes the weapon's recoil pattern more predictably vertical.

Precision Frame hand cannons can fire at 180 RPM. They are known for predictable, mostly vertical recoil and high accuracy, which takes practice to control. The frame is slightly underrated in PvE and at a disadvantage in PvP because of the fast fire rate. Scout rifles of the archetype, such as Tone Patrol, have an impact of 62 and fire at 180 RPM.
