History of Power Surge

Power Surge is a Season 29 trait. Rapid hits charge your next shot into an explosive round that deals extra damage and speeds up power buildup on hit. While empowered, every shot is explosive. It rolls on the Exotic Turncoat, a Hand Cannon from the Rewards Pass.
