History of Planetary Torrent

Overview

Planetary Torrent is the intrinsic perk of Vesper of Radius. The current Bungie item record says rifts periodically release Arc shockwaves; final blows with those shockwaves create an Arc explosion; while an Arc Super is equipped, the shockwaves and explosions blind nearby targets; and Rift energy recharges faster when targets surround the wearer.

Older summaries describe only a shockwave when a rift is cast and faster Rift recharge when enemies are nearby. Those summaries omit effects present in Bungie's current item record, so this page follows the current tooltip.
