History of Piston Hammer

The Piston Hammer is a tool that Failsafe has the Guardian build and use on Nessus during the Research Project. It reveals Radiolite buried deep underground by activating the planetary pistons, which brings the mineral up to the surface.

The hammer is the tool for the first research quest, where Failsafe guides the Guardian in using it to pull Radiolite up for study. Radiolite that the hammer reveals can then be collected and deposited for Failsafe's research.
