History of Pirate Hideout: The Lucent Brood

Overview
Pirate Hideout activities were the weekly Arena-style missions of Season of Plunder (Season 18, 2022), playable by 1-3 players. They are part of the seasonal quest Sails of the Shipstealer and launch from the H.E.L.M. map in the Director; each week of the season unlocked a new hideout. This is week 8: Hiak'ar, Hoardseeker, a Lightbearer Knight of the Lucent Hive. This finale features the Overrun hideout. Eido arrives first to retrieve the final relic peacefully and is ambushed by the Lucent Hive. Recommended power: 1570. Destination: Themis Cluster.
Encounter
Clear the Lucent Hive, protect Eido, defeat Hiak'ar (kill his Ghost so he cannot respawn), and break the sealed door. A cinematic follows in which Mithrax and Eramis duel and Mithrax spares her. You then return the final Relic of Nezarec to the H.E.L.M.
Rewards
Completing a hideout grants Glimmer, Legendary gear and a relic that is delivered to the artifact table at the H.E.L.M.; relics were exchanged for Repute through the seasonal challenges. The activity is tied to Season of Plunder (2022) and is no longer part of the seasonal rotation.
