History of Phobos Warden Cowl

Overview

Phobos Warden Cowl is the Warlock Helmet in the Phobos Warden Vanguard armor, which the source wiki dates to Season 12 (checked against the Titan helm; the Warlock page itself was not opened). Its flavor text is the same quote as the Titan helm: "I'm fine. Begin the transmission." It matches Phobos Warden Bond and Phobos Warden Boots.
