History of Perfected Thoughtstealer

How to complete

Start a fresh solo run and complete Nightmare of Gahlran, Sorrow Bearer, the vault encounter, and Nightmare of Caiatl, Princess-Imperial in one uninterrupted attempt.

The main survival rule is the bell transition: stand inside its protective circle before returning from the Nightmare Realm. Learn the return route before entering the timed realm so you can collect Standards, remove the Bellkeepers, and return before the collapse.

At Gahlran, clear the required Visions rather than chasing damage before the route is ready. In the vault, identify both required Standards before committing to the Nightmare route. At Caiatl, prepare the bells before starting damage and use each bell stun to obtain the damage opportunity while controlling the nearby enemies.

A death or departure requires a fresh attempt. Use Duality for the full symbol, bell and boss walkthrough.
