History of Outlaw

Outlaw is a weapon trait: precision kills greatly decrease reload time. A precision kill grants +70 Reload Speed (about a 0.9x reload animation duration) for 6 seconds, removed when the weapon is stowed. It is one of the Trait 1 options on Pillager, and appears on other weapons too.
