History of Opulent Armor

Overview

Opulent Armor is the armor introduced in Season of Opulence (2019). Its pieces are upgraded versions of Destiny 1 armor, and their lore tabs present in-universe records written for Emperor Calus.

Lore

Each piece's lore tab contains a transcription of an official document, marked as forthcoming, with a quote from Calus at the top. The documents are dated in Roman numerals, from MCXIV to MCXXIX. Some Chronicon entries can also be found in the lore tabs of Opulent sets.

Sets

The Opulent Scholar Suit is a Legendary Warlock set from the Menagerie. Its helmet is drawn from the Azoth Bend set, its gloves and boots from Iron Breed, its robe from Iron Regalia, and its bond is a decorated Eternal Light bond.
