History of Optus

'''Optus''' is a rank in the Cabal military, held by Psions who have been given a military ranking. The rank is associated with the Imperial Cabal and the Barant Imperium, and sits above rank-and-file Psions, though its exact position in the Cabal hierarchy is not confirmed.

Optus Vocca is a Psion of this rank, and is one of the named Cabal VIPs in the Proving Grounds strike.
