History of On Black Wings

On Black Wings is a Season 12 legendary trait on the exotic Duality shotgun. Landing pellet final blows, or landing most of a spread, grants a stacking buff to precision damage and reload speed. Precision slug hits extend the buff.

Numbers

The precision bonus is about 15.6%, 39% and 54.7% at 1, 2 and 3 stacks.

How it plays

The stacks come from landing most pellets of a spread, so it rewards close-range shotgun fights where many pellets connect. Precision slug hits refresh the buff, which keeps the bonus going between engagements.
