Sources did not state whether it is craftable, and no Adept version was confirmed; check in-game. Sister weapon from the same Episode: Scavenger's Fate. Tonics from Eido raise Vetiver drop chances per a Scavenger's Fate source; this likely applies here too but is unconfirmed.
