History of Noble Seal

The Noble Seal is an item Mara Sov gives players in the HELM after they finish the Strands of Nobility step of A Hollow Coronation. Claiming it begins the next step, and it lets players claim Ager's Scepter in the Dozmary Vault.

The Strands of Nobility are Exotic items from the Lake of Shadows, The Disgraced and The Glassway strikes, one per strike, and Mara reassembles them into the seal.

The quest is no longer available. After Season 15 and The Witch Queen the scepter was sold at the Monument to Lost Lights Exotic kiosk.
