History of Nightmare of Arguth, Nine-Touched

Overview

Nightmare of Arguth, Nine-Touched is a Triumph in Destiny 2 tied to The Nine. It requires players to find and destroy a corruption within the K1 Revelation Lost Sector on the Moon, which draws the Nine's attention to Nightmare of Arguth, Nine-Touched, and then to defeat him.

How to complete

1. Wait for the Moon to be the hourly Distortion destination. The corruption only appears then, and a red icon in the Director marks the active Distortion.
2. Travel to the Moon and enter the K1 Revelation Lost Sector in Sorrow's Harbor.
3. Head south from the first "R" in "Harbor" on your map to find a small cave. The corruption is inside.
4. Destroy the corruption, then kill enemies until elite Wizards spawn.
5. Shoot the purple crystals the Wizards bring. Destroying them summons Nightmare of Arguth, Nine-Touched.
6. Defeat the boss to complete the triumph.
