An Aspect is the emotion that a named Greater Nightmare embodies. Several Greater Nightmares carry one: Regret (Caiatl), Despair (Crota), Rage (Ghaul), Insanity (the Fanatic), Anguish (Omnigul), Fear (Phogoth), Grief (Safiyah), Pride (Skolas), Isolation (Taniks), Shame (Uldren) and Servitude (Zydron).

Nightmare Hunts

The Nightmare Hunt activities for Despair, Anguish, Isolation and Servitude each drop an essence on completion: Essence of Despair, Essence of Anguish, Essence of Isolation and Essence of Servitude. Per GameRant, these reward Dreambane armor, Dreambane leg armor, Dreambane gloves and the Dream Breaker fusion rifle, respectively. Nightmare Hunts unlock after completing Shadowkeep.
