Overview
Strike in Arcadian Valley, Nessus: stop the Red Legion mining operation and destroy the awakened Vex Mind. It was the only PvE activity in the Destiny 2 beta; reworked in Episode: Revenant.
Encounters
Cabal at the drill site, Vex sections, a security bypass at the Conflux, then Protheon, Modular Mind, which cycles Void, Solar and Arc. Nightfall Champions: Barrier Colossus, Barrier Hobgoblin, Unstoppable Incendior.
Rewards
As a Nightfall strike it drops the weekly Nightfall loot pool; the Nightfall Grandmaster tier could drop Adept versions of Nightfall-exclusive weapons (these tiers were removed with The Edge of Fate).
