Flavor text is attributed to Devrim Kay: "That's what I see when I look at the Farm."

Acquisition

Complete activities and earn rank-up packages in the EDZ, the reputation track with Devrim Kay in the EDZ. Devrim also sold the weapon directly for EDZ tokens and Legendary Shards in the original system. It also dropped from Season 2 engrams. This is a legacy reputation-era source: the source wiki records that destination tokens and the rank-up system were removed in version 6.3.0 and the vendors moved to the Destiny Content Vault with Beyond Light, so check current availability.
