History of Nail, Meet Hammer

Nail, Meet Hammer is an origin trait on weapons introduced in Season 28 (the Destiny 2: Renegades expansion, 2 December 2025). Its description: the weapon is more effective against combatant shields, and destroying a shield with it grants bonus Special ammo progress if it uses Primary or Heavy ammo, or Heavy ammo progress if it uses Special ammo. An enhanced version exists. It appears on event weapons such as King Orfeo.
