History of Maya's Lab

'''Maya's Lab''' is an area inside the Encore Exotic mission. Its secret chests are the ones needed for the Hack the Centaur triumph. The chests are only available after completing any Encore variant, finishing the Specimen: NES007 quest and getting the Choir of One quest from Banshee-44 in the Tower. Some chests are timegated.

Chests

• '''Overture''': a data pillar next to an inactive portal. Destroy the five capsules in the room to unlock the Subsistence perk for Choir of One.
• '''Concerto''': activate the pylon, enter the portal and take the left exit. Collect three Vex spheres from Minotaurs and deposit them on plates to unlock Destabilizing Rounds for Choir of One.
• '''Coda''': a square cavern with a small research facility. Clear the enemies, then use the Arc Cranium to ricochet beams across the walls. Clearing all four wall sets opens the lab and grants the Onslaught Catalyst.

Guides number these chests differently, so check the chest's description if the numbering does not match.
