History of Masterwork: Armor

Overview

Masterwork: Armor is a Triumph that requires masterworking one piece of armor. Completing the upgrade counts as one progress point toward the triumph.

How to complete

1. Raise an armor piece to the maximum Tier 10. Armor found in the world may already have some tiers, so you only pay for the remaining ones.
2. Apply the Masterwork upgrade to the piece.
3. Pay the upgrade costs. Each tier uses Glimmer and Legendary Shards, and the upper tiers also need Enhancement Cores and Enhancement Prisms.

Materials

Enhancement Cores come from dismantling items of at least Tier 4, and from weekly bounties and vendors in the Tangled Shore. Enhancement Prisms come from dismantling Masterwork items, from season pass levels and from the Tower.

Tips

• Only masterwork the pieces you plan to keep, and prioritize pieces with the stats you want.
• Material sources in this guide date from older seasons, so check current vendors and costs in-game before farming.
