History of Master of Arms

Overview

Master of Arms is a stacking kill buff. A kill with any weapon grants the x1 buff, which adds about 15% damage for 7 seconds. A kill made while x1 is active raises it to x2, which adds 25% damage for about 4 seconds. When x2 runs out it drops back to x1 rather than ending. The Enhanced version lasts 8 seconds at x1 and 5 seconds at x2.

Because the buff comes from any kill, it keeps working on the perk's weapon even when another gun gets the kill. It rolls on a wide range of weapons, including The Recluse, Word of Crota and Song of Ir Yût.
