History of Master Thoughtstealer

Overview

'''Master Thoughtstealer''' is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It requires the completion of the Duality dungeon on Master difficulty. Completing this triumph awards 25 Triumph Score. It is one of the triumphs needed for the Discerptor title.

How to complete

To earn this triumph, players must successfully finish the Duality dungeon while the game is set to Master difficulty. Solo and fireteam completions both count. Progress toward the objective is tracked automatically upon completion.

Master adds Barrier and Unstoppable Champions and the Match Game mechanic, where enemy shields must be broken with the damage type that matches them. Bring Stasis and Void abilities for the large enemy counts in the first two encounters, save Solar 3.0 builds for the final encounter, and use Linear Fusion Rifles for boss damage.

Rewards

Completing the triumph unlocks the Mandate of Strength, an exotic ship that can be earned in-game rather than bought with silver. It also raises the drop rate of the Heartshadow sword until the sword has been earned. Claim the triumph and the ship from the Triumphs menu after the final boss.
