History of Massacre Medal

The Massacre Medal is a Gambit Prime medal earned by slaying 12 enemies in a short streak. Each qualifying streak awards one medal, and 10 medals are needed in total.

Massacre Medals feed the Triumphant Reaper triumph, which is tied to the Notorious Reaper armor set. The medal sits alongside the Locksmith Medal, which feeds the Triumphant Sentry triumph.

The source dates from July 2020, before Gambit Prime content was removed, so the requirements may have changed.
