History of Marked by the Void

Overview

Marked by the Void is a debuff affecting Guardians sent through the time gates during Vault of Glass’s Gatekeeper and Atheon sections. In the Gatekeeper phase, the portal team defeats the Gatekeeper and takes the Relic; the Relic holder uses its cleansing ability to clear the mark. During the Atheon encounter, the portal team is cleansed by the Relic holder after returning. This is distinct from the negation mark used in the Templar encounter.
