Dropped by the Prophecy dungeon, a Season of Arrivals dungeon. Game Rant lists two sets, CODA armor from encounters and Moonfang armor from the final boss, while Sirus Gaming names the final boss as the source of the Moonfang-X7 chest, helm, gauntlets, greaves and Mark. Sources disagree on exact piece drops, so verify in-game.
