History of Malfeasance (quest)

Overview

Malfeasance is the one-step Gambit entry quest for the Exotic hand cannon. Completing it grants the follow-up Darkness in the Light quest, whose longer walkthrough and Malfeasance reward are documented on that page. This separation reflects the current quest record; older sources may use “Malfeasance” for the full questline.

Walkthrough

Defeat a Primeval in Gambit. This step originally required the Ascendant Primeval Servitor, but update 4.0.0.1 changed it to any Primeval. The current quest record lists only “Primeval defeated.”
Continue with Darkness in the Light.
