Malediction was introduced in Season of the Witch. It can be acquired by earning ranks in Vanguard, Crucible, or Gambit playlists. It also drops from Caldera, Creation, K1 Logistics, Quickplay, Quickplay: Master, Skywatch, The Conflux, The Salt Mines, and Typhon Imperator.
This item cannot be reacquired from Collections.
