Overview
Major Negative Challenge Modifiers is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It requires completing an activity with a Major Negative modifier active.
How to complete
- Start an Ops activity on Expert difficulty or higher. Major Negative modifiers only appear at these difficulties.
- Open the activity customization and go to the Challenge Modifiers section.
- Activate a modifier marked as Major Negative.
- Complete the activity with that modifier active.
An example is Glass Cannon, which is a Major Negative modifier on Expert and Master. The player with the most final blows takes more incoming damage. It is not a Major Negative modifier on Advanced or Grandmaster.
Tips
- On Expert, keep your Combatant Power about 20 above your level. Glass Cannon then has a small effect on damage.
- On Master, Glass Cannon has little effect in solo activities with the right builds. In group activities, revives make the extra damage easier to manage.
