History of Machine World

A Machine World is a planet the Vex have converted into a vast computing node. Mercury is the only fully converted world in the solar system; Venus is partly converted (status unknown), as are Nessus, Io, Mars, Europa, Kepler and Luna. Conversion starts with a Nexus in the core, then surface Pyramidions, turning matter into Vex machinery and Radiolaria.
