History of MIDA Multi-Tool (perk)

Overview

This is the intrinsic of the Exotic Scout Rifle MIDA Multi-Tool, a Kinetic Season 1 weapon you can get from the Monument to Lost Lights. The perk boosts movement speed, and the radar stays active while you aim down sights. The movement speed boost does not stack with Transversive Steps.

MIDA Synergy is the trait on the Mini-Tool family that adds more speed when the Multi-Tool is equipped.
