History of Loyal Moths

Overview

Loyal Moths is a Basic trait on the exotic Ex Diris Hand Cannon. Final blows and rapid direct hits with the weapon create a loyal moth. The moth seeks out nearby targets, detonates, and damages and blinds them with Arc energy.

Older guides say only final blows create the moth. A later article says two hits are enough, and that the change was undated, so check the current patch notes. The catalyst, Berserk Rush, makes the weapon enrage faster while Amplified, but it does not change the moth. Ex Diris debuted in Season of the Witch and is now purchasable at the Monument to Lost Lights.
