History of Lord of Wolves

Overview

Lord of Wolves is an Exotic Solar Shotgun originating in Destiny 1 (House of Wolves), made by the Fallen. In Destiny 2 its perk Release the Wolves switches from a short-range five-round burst to a ten-round high-recoil burst with more range and damage. It was very strong in Crucible in Season of Opulence, was nerfed repeatedly, then reworked in Episode: Heresy and became a top DPS option per Dexerto.
