History of Likeness of Oryx

The Likeness of Oryx is a Taken enemy that resembles a Taken version of Oryx, the Taken King, and shares Oryx's attack and movement patterns. It is a boss in Tier II and Tier III of The Reckoning and first appeared in Season of the Drifter. It flies fast around the arena and often teleports over one of its hemispheres to charge the Counterfeit Gaze, a smaller version of Oryx's Doxology that deals massive damage unless the Likeness is stunned. It constantly summons supporting Taken, especially Consumed Ogres, which deal very high damage.
