History of Lightfall—Chapter 1

Overview

Lightfall—Chapter 1 is a Triumph from the Lightfall expansion, the seventh expansion of Destiny 2, released February 28, 2023 with Season of Defiance. The objective is to race against the Shadow Legion to find an ancient artifact and uncover a secret civilization on Neptune. It carries no listed score or rewards.

The campaign is set in Neomuna on Neptune, where Guardians defend the city from the Shadow Legion and work with the Cloud Striders. The Shadow Legion appear for the first time in Lightfall.

How to complete

The triumph tracks your progress through the first chapter of the Lightfall campaign. It sits in the Lightfall section of the Journey tab, under the Neomuna triumphs. Chapters 2 and 3 have their own triumphs in the same section.
