History of Legacy: Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Heirloom

Legacy: Ascendant Scepter is the seasonal heirloom version of the Ascendant Scepter artifact from Season of Defiance. It is sold at the War Table in the Wing of the Defiant, across from the landing zone in the H.E.L.M., and requires access to Season of Defiance. Defiant rewards come from completing activities across the system, and the heirloom is needed to keep earning Defiant Keys and Defiant Engrams after the season ends.
