History of Languid Sea

Languid Sea is a region of Mercury in Destiny 2 lore. It holds two activity locations: Icarus, a Crucible map, and Shining Sands, a Sparrow Racing League track. Icarus was built in the Golden Age as a Solar Farm that harvested Light from the Sun and converted it into Solar Light. Mercury as a whole is a Vex Machine World that the Vex transformed during the Collapse.
