History of Kepler

Kepler is the primary destination of The Edge of Fate expansion: a small rocky planetoid in the Oort Cloud, about 1.7 light years from the Sol System, with a breathable atmosphere and saturated with dark matter. A gravitational singularity there is revered by the Aionians as the "Holy Anomaly". It is unrelated to Themis Cluster, which Destinypedia lists as an asteroid belt location and does not tie to Kepler or Savathûn.

The AION Initiative found Kepler before the Golden Age; after the Collapse isolated colonists, the Aionians, kept studying it. House of Exile Fallen made peaceful contact but were corrupted by dark-matter-tainted Ether; Archon Levaszk claimed to hear "The Giver", really the Nine member III.
