History of Keen Thistle (Adept)

Overview

Keen Thistle (Adept) is the Adept version of Keen Thistle, a Legendary Solar Sniper Rifle with an Aggressive Frame, introduced in Episode: Heresy. Flavor text: "Your foes will remember your sting."

Acquisition

The Adept version of Keen Thistle comes from the Trials of Osiris loot pool. It is earned through a high win streak in Trials: a Flawless run of seven consecutive wins to the Lighthouse, then opening the Flawless chest there. Later seasons also let players focus Trials engrams with Saint-14 to get rolls of Adept weapons already earned. Adept weapons take a special set of Adept mods, and masterworking gives bonus stats beyond the masterwork's focus; see Adept weapons. Weapons dropped after Season of the Splicer also carry the Celerity perk. Availability changes by season with the Trials pool rotation.
