History of Kandak

'''Kandak''' is a Risen Warlord of the Dark Age who ruled part of the Saharan Contested Zone. He told his subjects he was considering their appeal for protection from Fallen raiders, but gave them none.

Red Moon Phantom

A mysterious Risen warrior known as the Red Moon Phantom (the Lightbearer Enitan) protected the villages in his place and killed a Fallen Kell. In response, Kandak banned other Risen from his territory and placed a bounty on the Phantom's head.
