History of Ithyks, the Scrapworker

Ithyks, the Scrapworker is a Fallen Marauder and pirate lord of the Old Crews. She is the final boss of the Pirate Hideout: The Scrapworker activity in the Themis Cluster, part of the Season of the Plunder questline Sails of the Shipstealer.

Overview

Ithyks was hired by Eramis, the Shipstealer, to hunt for the relics of Nezarec on behalf of the Witness. After claiming a reliquary, it began speaking to her, which frightened her.

Location

The hideout is on the asteroid Antiphanes in the Themis Cluster.

Boss fight

Ithyks fights in a circular arena with Shanks and Exploding Shanks. She uses a Shrapnel Launcher and dashes around the arena as a Marauder. Twice, after losing a portion of her health, she retreats behind an energy barrier. The player destroys the Code Guard Heavy Shank that spawns to collect a Bypass Code, then uses it to lower the barrier. Once both barriers are down, she can be defeated.

Rewards

The activity rewards Glimmer, a legendary piece of Season of the Plunder equipment, and the Relic of Nezarec. The relic can be turned in at the H.E.L.M. for Repute to upgrade your Pirate Crew.
