History of Ironwood Tree

The '''Ironwood Tree''' is a tree in the Tower. Once a Guardian Rank tier's objectives are complete, the player must visit the tree to rank up. Interacting with the plaque in front of it raises the rank and grants the Guardian Rising buff, which makes the Guardian glow and increases jump height until they leave the Tower.

Rank 6 is the highest permanent rank. Ranks 7 to 11 are advanced ranks with seasonal objectives, and players return to rank 6 at the start of each season. The tree is also the subject of the triumph Grimoire: The Ironwood Tree.
