History of Iron Panoply Grasps

Overview

Iron Panoply Grasps is a Legendary gauntlets (arms) piece for Hunter, part of the Iron Panoply armor set earned from Iron Banner, the recurring Crucible event.

The Iron Panoply Set (introduced in Season 27) has two set bonuses. With 2 pieces, Vigilant Watch: as your health gets lower your weapons gain increased stability and handling, and weapon final blows while your shields are depleted heal you. With 4 pieces, Iron Conviction: when your shields break you gain increased ammo generation, flinch resistance and damage resistance against nearby combatants for a short time, and final blows extend it. Any four of the five pieces unlock the full bonus, leaving the fifth slot free for an Exotic.

Acquisition

Iron Panoply Grasps drops from Iron Banner (earn Iron Banner tokens and Iron Engrams, or rank up with Lord Saladin in the Tower). The Panoply set first appeared as a premium cosmetic in Eververse and later returned to Iron Banner after community feedback; per the sources it is also offered by Lord Saladin through focusing as the older set. Iron Banner armor is not craftable. Set details differ slightly between sources and may change with later updates.
