History of Ire

Ire is the seventh entry of the Captain's Log, a lore book told through the eyes of Katabasis. It opens with a restless nightmare of the City burning, the Red Legion attacking the Tower, and the Traveler's cage choking off his Light. He is separated from his Ghost, Gilgamesh, and flees through the flames, weighed down by guilt. The margin note says the nightmares have returned in force and that the narrator is preparing "go bags".
